Are you looking for a free and simple program that converts your .m4a audio files to .mp3 files? The .m4a format is used for example in Android smartphones for audio recordings or whatsapp voice messages, etc. When you download these files to your computer you would like to have them in a format compatible with various players, such as the mp3 format.

Forgive me if I made a single version for 64-bit systems (The latest windows are definitely), I created it mainly for personal purposes, I had not thought of distributing it. If you ever need a 32-bit version contact me that I try to reopen the project in Python and compile it for 32-bit systems.
Forgive me also because it’s in italian, I’ve never done an english version; but let me know if you need it. If I got some requestes I can do it.
HOW IT WORKS
It works in the simplest possible way: you just have to install the installation package (I’m sorry, it’s italian, just click the proceed button, it’s everything ok, it will just create a folder for the program libraries and a desktop shortcut) then drag the m4a files directly onto the program icon. You will find the converted files in the same source folder of the mp3 files that you dragged.
